Shipping Policy

Orders are shipped with a transport company. The customer pays the shipping costs. Shipping costs are listed on the website.
Orders are generally dispatched within 2 working days. Shipping costs EUR 6 for home delivery in Belgium, EUR 4.5 for delivery to a Belgian postal point, EUR 8 for the Netherlands regardless of the purchase amount.
Delivery times are given by Blanche by way of information only and are not binding on Blanche. Failure to meet these deadlines cannot give rise to termination of the contract or to any form of compensation.
Blanche bears the risk of damage and loss of the articles during shipment to the customer. After the articles have been received by the customer, the risk of damage and loss passes to the customer. If one or more articles are lost, the customer undertakes to cooperate in the investigation at first request. If this obligation is not met, Blanche is entitled to recover the price of the articles from the customer.
Cancellation of an order is only possible with the prior written consent of Blanche. In the event of an order cancellation by the customer authorised by Blanche, the purchase price will be credited. Products and goods ordered specially at the request of the customer cannot be cancelled and will be charged in full to the customer.

Within 14 days return the items in original packaging & unopened. The returned items must not be used or damaged. Also, the customer must comply with all return conditions.
The cost of return shipment shall be borne by the buyer. Upon receipt of the shipment and Blanche's approval of the condition of the products, the buyer's money (excluding shipping costs) will be refunded within 14 days.
In the event of visible defects, the customer must return the article at Blanche's expense within the trial period, communicating the defect. Hidden defects must be reported within 14 calendar days.
